Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Omnelia (the "Platform"), operated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account, booking a service, listing a service, selling a product or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Platform

You must be 18 or over. Specialists must complete identity, insurance and category-specific verification (see Verification) before listing or accepting bookings.

2. Bookings

Bookings are a direct contract between the client and the specialist. Omnelia facilitates discovery, scheduling and payment at 0% commission on bookings.

3. Marketplace, dropshipping & courses

These carry transparent commissions or subscription fees disclosed at the point of listing.

4. Regulated procedures

Botox, dermal fillers, non-surgical BBL, microneedling, chemical peels, laser and IPL are subject to the Non-surgical Procedures (Scotland) Act 2026 and any equivalent UK regulation. Specialists must hold the required licence, qualifications and indemnity insurance.

5. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. Subject to that, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (with Scots law applying to Scottish users where mandatory).
